Peter F. Cardoza, CFP®
Peter Cardoza was raised in Taunton, Massachusetts. He graduated from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, with a degree in economics. Peter was with BankBoston for more than 10 years. As a senior financial services counselor, he helped clients create investment portfolios to pursue their financial goals. He was responsible for managing a team of investment professionals with whom he shared his commitment to client service and excellence.
In late 1999, Peter partnered with Clarke, Snow & Riley, LLP, to create CSR Financial Services, LLC, to provide a truly independent and comprehensive approach to financial planning. As an independent firm, we take pride offering unbiased information to our clients. CSR Financial Services believes that to provide world-class service and guidance, an investment professional should be free from the influences present at many of the traditional Wall Street firms and banking institutions.
Peter is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), and a member of the Financial Planning Association. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 65 securities registrations as an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®, a Registered Investment Adviser. Peter also maintains insurance licenses and holds the Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC) designation.
Peter and his wife live in central Massachusetts in the town of Grafton. They are very busy raising two daughters. Peter served as president of Grafton Girls Softball, Inc., for a number of years and currently runs the Grafton Diamonds travel program. He is also head coach of the Grafton Middle School softball team. He can often be found on the field coaching teams and instructing players. As treasurer of the Grafton Lions, he is active in the Grafton community and was past chairman of the Grafton Lions Annual Golf Tournament.
